About Me

Sarah is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling practicum student from Colorado Christian University. She approaches counseling as a collaborative journey, focusing on understanding each client’s unique life story, personal goals, and sense of belonging. Grounded primarily in Adlerian theory, Sarah blends structured insight with a warm, person-centered approach to ensure clients feel deeply heard, valued, and supported.

Sarah enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD. To help clients explore and process complex emotions, she incorporates expressive arts therapy into her practice, creating a dynamic and creative space for healing. Sarah is supervised by S. Analyn Woodworth who can be contacted at analyn@newcaneycounseling.com.
