My professional experience includes working with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image issues, trauma, grief and loss, and behavioral adjustments.   The counseling approach that I most align with is the Person-Centered approach, which believes that all clients have the ability to achieve growth and self-actualization. I ensure that I provide a non-judgmental, empathetic environment for all clients that is based on their personal values and beliefs.  I am also basic-level trained in EMDR, a therapeutic approach that is used to treat clients that struggle with traumatic events.
